GLITCHES
-
Getting to Autumn Plains without learning swim or getting any Talisman.
First do the skip getting swim glitch(see A_Rock's glich FaQ), then go to the place in Summer Forest where Hunter can change your camera mode from passive to active. Open the gate that leads to Auqaria Towers, then stand right under it and close the gate by flaming the closest switch (you do not need superflame). Your flame should barely reach it. Now you can walk under the gate wile it's closed, just wach it so you don't go outside of it. There will be two holes on the side of the wall, were the gate covers when open.
Djump(see A_Rocks glich FaQ) in one of the holes, and then quickly glide. If you used the right hole, you should see the hole were you must jump down to get to Crush. Just glide to it and finish him of, and you'll be in Autumn Plains.

See-through level
Go to Aquaria Towers and after you push all the hatch buttons, go to Hunter's stingray area. Swim to the barrier that prevents you from going out of bounds and charge in a circle around the area, be sure that Spyro is pushing against the barrier. You'll see him slowly work his way through and will eventually pop out on the other side. Here you can see and swim through walls and access any point in the level by swimming to it.

Swim in air: Mystic March
Swim by tree in the water near the last guy, and find the part of the root that's the most plain. Swim there, and tap square so you'll dive right into the root instead of the water. Now you'll be swimming in air.
-
Walk under water.
First go to the ledge overlooking the portal to Colossus (Summer Forest) jump & glide through the green wall to your left. Turn around and Re-enter the wall. You will be under water but not swimming. This only stops if you turn off your console.

A nod to Bryan
There's a nod to a certain man named Bryan, one of the developers at Insomniac, who worked on this game. It's in the Summer Forest hubworld. On the opposite from the Idol Springs portal, there is a wall with a purple crystal on it. Below it is a scribbled text that spells the letters 'B-R-Y-A-N'. There is another place in Summer Forest where you can find this name. In the castle garden area with the Sunny Beach portal, you'll spot the name again, above one of the red buttons.

A nod to Dan Johnson
There's a nod to one of the developers at Insomniac Games in Mystic Marsh. Once you start the level, jump inside the fountain which has these four coins in it. Press 'triangle' to take a closer look at these coins, and you'll see that it has the face of a man on it. This man is Dan Johnson, a guy who worked on several games made by Insomniac, including the Spyro games on the Sony PlayStation.
